Cuts:
If you are cut
after cheer clinic/tryout week (for
cheerleaders) or before final weigh-ins (for football) you will receive a refund of all fees except
the $100 Non-Refundable Registration Fee.
Drops:
If you make the
decision to drop from our program, refunds will be based on the following
schedule in conjunction with the date notification of the drop is received
by CVAA

Refunds for Cheer:
All fees incurred by CVAA on
behalf of your child prior to their drop date will be deducted from your
refund in addition to the percentage withheld from your participation fee
Because uniforms, camps,
camp wear, competitions and other expenses are ordered & paid for before
rosters are certified, no refunds will be issued for items that are already
ordered or functions that have been paid for or attended by CVAA
