*CVAA Parents - please contact Rae Peralta if you would like a video featured on this site. *	You will have a parent meeting with your coaches in the quad first, then come into the Multi-Use Room for Final Registration. All participants and a Parent must attend at your scheduled time below: Scouts Football & Mascot Cheer @ 9:30am Jr Pee Wee Football & Cheer @ 11:00am Pee Wee Football & Cheer @ 12:30pm Jr Midgets Football & Cheer @ 1:30pm Midgets Football & Cheer @ 2:30pm Please remember to bring the following: Original or certified copy of Birth Certificate (only if your child did not participate with CVAA in the 2008 season - photo copies NOT accepted) Completed Physical Card signed by physician Final Payment (MC/Visa or Cash accepted) Click Forms to get documentation for this 2009 season.
